Visited today for an ongoing issue with the back of my shoulder. Neil’s knowledge was second to none. He did a few tests on my shoulders along with checking the range of movement that I had. Neil had an array of questions that helped him to get an understanding of my lifestyle and the possible reasons for my shoulder injury.
After the massage I felt good relief in my shoulder and the range of movement was better

I will be returning for further treatment next week
I would definitely recommend his sports massage service 👍

After suffering a ‘frozen’ neck, I was fortunate enough to get a short notice appointment with Neil. He spent time asking questions and assessing my range of movement and pain. He then massaged my neck, shoulders and upper back, frequently assessing the impact with me. At the end of the treatment, the pain in my neck had subsided and the range of movement increased. He gave me advice on exercises to do afterwards, which improved my condition. I was very impressed with Neil’s professional ability and personal style, and would highly recommend anyone seeking a sports massage, or a massage to help with a medical problem, to book a session. It would definitely be money well spent.

Neil is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough.

I had a consultation with Neil and he explained the process and what treatment he will be providing for my issues, as well as providing me with information and stretches for aftercare.

I have had sports massages in the past so knew what to expect but Neil was very reassuring and explained with great knowledge the process and what he was doing and why.

The treatment room is a nice environment to be in, it’s warm, has ample space and is relaxing.

I will be returning and 100% recommend.

Have a long term shoulder and neck issue and Neil helped me understand the causes and after the massage gave me advice for ongoing stretches for maintenance. Have woken up feeling great so would highly recommend a treatment either one off or ongoing.
