Over the last 10 years, I’ve tried just about everything: DBT, CBT, psychiatry, antidepressants, Jungian psychodynamic therapy, meditation, Reiki, shamanic therapy, acupuncture, sound healing, somatic release work, Holotropic breathwork—you name it. These modalities helped me in different ways: I understood my triggers better, improved my mental and physical health, and made progress. But honestly, they never fully got to the root of my issues nor helped me understand how to resolve all my traumas in a holistic way. I was still carrying emotional charges from past traumas and triggers that impacted how I showed up in relationships—with myself and with others. Things were better, but not where I wanted them to be. In October, I attended Paul McKenna’s hypnotherapy and NLP live event. It was great—I felt a shift for about a week—but the effects didn’t last and I understood I had many limiting beliefs I needed to break out of, and stop letting my mind control me. I needed more. I needed a plan to keep moving forward and unblocking myself in a deeper, more consistent way. That’s when I found Francesco. Francesco isn’t just knowledgeable—he lives and breathes this work holistically. Within just two sessions, I felt myself breaking free from the mental loops and emotional baggage that have been weighing me down for years. I’m already letting go of the emotional charges tied to those some of those past traumas, and the book recommendations he gave me have completely shifted my understanding of how to break free from my self-imposed “matrix.” For the first time, I’m genuinely excited about what’s possible. I can see myself moving beyond the limits of my own mind, and I can’t wait for the next sessions. Yes, the therapy is expensive. But honestly? Two sessions with Francesco have been more transformative than 60 sessions with traditional therapy. It’s not even a comparison. If you’re tired of being stuck and you’re ready to approach your healing holistically—and fast—do yourself a favour and book a session with Francesco. Francesco transformed my life, in just one session.

I had preconceived ideas about therapy - awkward silences, all listening no advice, antidepressants and a long journey ahead.

I was completely wrong.

Francesco is a people person who has a natural comforting and friendly aura about him that instantly put me at ease. This helped us to quickly identify the route cause of my problems and to my surprise starting to fix (first session) what was needed. And when I say fix, I mean fix, not soothing over the pain.

Amazing, life changing first experience of EFT (tapping) with matrix imprinting with Francesco! I have been experiencing some blocks in my career and personal life for a long time now and have tried many techniques, both self-help and alongside professionals, which never seemed to get to the crux of the issue for me. Francesco made me feel at ease straight away with his supportive, calm demeanor. He led me through EFT calmly and clearly, I felt safe and supported throughout and able to let myself get deep into my emotions and allow them to be. It was an emotional but amazing experience - the emotional relief and insight I have been searching for, for some time.

I'll admit I was not convinced at first that Francesco and his 'techniques' could help me with my emotional baggage but I was honestly stunned at just how different I was feeling after session 2. By the end of session 3 I felt that a huge weight had been lifted, I could 'see' more clearly and breath again. Yes, this all sounds cliched but I have no other words to describe my experience. Francesco is an excellent therapist. He is kind, supportive and compassionate, but doesn't let you shy away from painful issues. He has a host of therapies on which to draw, and uses whatever is most appropriate at the time. He is not only available to clients during sessions, but encourages the use of Whats App messaging, to keep in touch. I would recommend him to anyone, for issues of any type.
