Having been in severe pain with my ankle for 3 - 4 months ( tibial tendon injury ) without respite from GP recommended treatment, I made an appointment with Tamara. At my first appointment my ankle was so painful, I couldn't tolerate anyone even touching it, but with her support, empathy and guidance I have recovered sufficiently to be able to return to work. I still do my exercises every couple of days and although I am not planning to run a marathon - life is so much better! I am truly so grateful to Tamara and I would highly recommend her to anyone requiring physiotherapy services.

Tracey Miles is an amazing physiotherapist and women's health professional. She has helped me in so many ways. Not only has she helped me to get pregnant and helped my back and neck whilst I was pregnant she is now helping me recover from my C-section. She really knows what she's talking about, such a clever lady and so very kind and friendly too. She is wonderful.

I’ve been dealing with middle back pain and a persistent tingling sensation for over a year, and nothing I tried seemed to help—until I started seeing Tracey. After just a few sessions, Tracey was able to pinpoint and treat the issue, and I’m thrilled to say I am now completely pain-free! She is also currently helping me with wrist tendinitis, and even after just one session, I’m already seeing noticeable improvement. Tracey is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, tailoring her approach to my specific needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of effective, compassionate care. 5/5 stars!

Excellent Physiotherapy Experience!

I recently completed a series of physiotherapy sessions to address ongoing back pain and even contemplating back surgery, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From my first consultation, Tracey Miles took the time to assess my condition thoroughly, explaining how our treatment would improve flexibility, strength, and pain management.

Throughout our sessions, the exercises were tailored to my needs, beginning gently and progressing as my strength and flexibility improved. I noticed a reduction in my back pain after just a few visits, and by the end, I felt stronger, more mobile, and significantly less discomfort in my day-to-day activities. The exercises also included a focus on core strength and postural awareness, which I hadn’t realized were so critical for my back health.

Traceys knowledge and patience made each session comfortable, and their encouragement kept me motivated. I left with a clear plan to maintain my progress and continue improving. I highly recommend Tracey miles physiotherapists to anyone seeking relief from pain and improved mobility . This truly made a difference in my quality of life and I’m so glad it helped me to avoid any surgery .

I’ve been going to see Tracey and her team for over 3 years and have always found them to be kind, caring, professional and hands on where necessary. I also go for Apos Boot therapy which has been invaluable in keeping me going with hip and knee pain. The administration team are accessible and try very hard to accommodate your needs with an appointment.
I cannot recommend Tracey highly enough.

I was referred to Tracey Miles after a hysterectomy over 20 years ago and she helped me successfully rehab and recover my fitness . I am now in my 60s but still like to play a lot of sport and keep active, which invariably brings with it some aches, pains and occasional injuries! I always turn to Tracey who has the most amazing holistic approach to physio. She is always empathetic, kind and understanding and I always seem to leave having learnt something new about my body and how to look after it better! I am eternally grateful to her for many years of support and advice , ranging from aches, pains and strains to more serious injuries and some acute nerve pain. She is incredibly knowledgeable, highly professional and can always diagnose problems and clearly explain what has caused them and how best to treat them. She always motivates me to follow the advice she gives to speed recovery. I highly rate Tracey and the team of skilled practitioners she has at her clinic.

I saw Tracey for the first time on 20 Nov 2024 relating to men's health. All interactions prior to this were clear & well executed e.g. initial telephone session & pre appointment paperwork which meant more time for the initial session.

The clinic was spotless and well equipped.

I felt very at ease with Tracey from the outset. We had some good conversations with issues identified & treatment being given during the first session. I also have clear & easy actions to follow through on post the session.

I look forward to a return visit.

Would recommend Tracey & the team.

I’ve referred myself to Tracey Miles and her staff every time I have an accident, injury or post surgery. Prompt treatment has meant less pain and a better outcome for me. The clinic has managed to treat a very wide range of complex conditions in a professional and kind manner. It’s a spotlessly clean, calm and competent clinic and I wholeheartedly recommend.
