Alice has a wonderful calming aura about her, she ensures her treatment space is set up nicely and is very welcoming. My first treatment was a facial, head and shoulder massage which I really enjoyed so I booked in for a back massage due to experiencing stiffness in my shoulders, arms and pain in lower back. After only one treatment, I feel I have regained some mobility in my shoulders and my lower back pain has reduced. Having been plagued for years with tension headaches lasting up to three days, this has given me much needed relief. I highly recommend Alice.

Alice is a wonder. She creates a lovely calm atmosphere and makes you feel very special. It’s beyond pampering! She’s been helping me with my frozen shoulder which responds well to her massaging. I recently booked in with Alice for a full body Massage. I arrived to a warm and friendly welcome, was offered a drink and foot soak, while I prepared and then had the most enriching, relaxing massage I have ever had, which included reflexology and Reiki. Alice was very knowledgeable and generous with information even forwarding on helpful info on things we had discussed, by email. Having M.S. I take daily medication but since my Massage I have genuinely not been aware of some of my syptoms and movement has been much easier making me feel 10 years younger ? I feel undeniably nourished by my whole experience. Alice has such a genuine gift and gentle way about her and I would 100% recommend her to anyone considering massage therapy ...and I 100% will be returning ?

I visited Alice for massage to help with the aches and pains, physical and emotional, associated with becoming a mother for the first time. I was so impressed that I rebooked a second massage before we came home. She is so warm and kind, thoughtful and insightful. We talked deeply about womanhood and motherhood and life. I felt she understood and empathised with where I am in my life right now, and I felt this in my treatment. I felt renewed after my treatments, the aches in my back and shoulders relieved, and lifted emotionally having had some time to relax and reconnect.

What an amazing experience .. possibly the best massage I have ever had in the UK. Alice is super calm & sensitive but she had an absolute determination to gently loosen the lumps & bumps in my shoulders … I was left feeling utterly relaxed & happy … amazing!!
