This was my first time to Tidal Health and my first time for a sports massage. Matt was super informative, he was thorough in his consultation wanting to understand my concerns. He had a very calm manner, which made me feel relaxed in this new environment. A great experience and there was no pressure to book more visits. In fact he suggested that I only need to return if I have similar issues in the future. I would highly recommend anyone to go visit if they have any injuries or concerns. This is my second time I have been to see Andrea. She is lovely and chatty and makes you feel relaxed whilst she is carrying out her treatment. She explains what she is going to do and why and gives you exercises to help yourself based on your health. Cannot fault the treatment I have received from her with the relief from pain being instant. This is my second visit today, the first being at the beginning of September which is brilliant as I was every six weeks, sometimes less before I went to see Andrea at Tidal.

My first time with Andrea.
I found her to be very thorough, and very knowledgeable about my ailments.
So I have made another appointment to see her.
My second visit on Tuesday. This time Andrea decided to be much more physical, and did some manipulation. Two days later, I am feeling fine, and things are improving, so I am pleased.
