Since I started working with TNS as a top up I have never looked back. Their services are very efficient and pay package good. I love the flexibility of using Quick Nurse APP when booking shifts but I also know if I update my availability I get a nudge when the shift I want is available. Highly recommeded.

Thornbury staff are great at handling stuff, one of the best agencies around, highly professional. Payroll management can be a nightmare sometimes, on the whole a brilliant team

Thornbury Nursing is NOT worth the hype. You have to be willing to travel VERY far from home to work. Shifts often get cancelled at the very last minute. There is also a lot of favouritism staff even accepting gifts from people/bribes in exchange for shifts. You have to literally be GLUED to the Quick Nurse app in order to secure a shift and the staff do not always answer the phone when you want to book a shift so by the time you get through the shift has gone or is "already on hold" allegedly. Very dodgy/suspicious dealing in my opinion. If they could come up with an alternative and fair system of shift booking it would be better because their rates are quite high. However is not worth the mental marathon of not knowing if you'll get work.
