Excellent treatment and service.
Started attending this clinic regularly for improvement of circulation and plantar fasciitis.
My Plantar was completely healed after just four session! I am back to running again.
Legs feel so much better and it’s so relaxing.
They are just brilliant, really knowledgeable and nice to talk to, as well as doing the best coffee!
Thankyou will be a regular visitor.

After experiencing over six months of continuous pain from popping my plantar fascia, I have been using the Theraplate sessions on a weekly then fortnightly basis. I can now walk normally & I’m pain free. Will continue to use Theraplate every 3/4 weeks. I was first recommended theraplate by Stacey and Paul as I suffer with occipital neuralgia. At times when I can overstretch myself I can be laid up for 3-4 weeks with excruciating pain in my neck and shoulders. I don’t like to take pain medication for the side effects but having a young family and working in a school setting , sometimes I am left with no choice.
In the summer when the pain was bad , I went on the plate for 5x 30 minute sessions and by day 7, I could go about my day with no heat pack or pain relief. The plate helped not only with pain but on the days I went on the plate I found I slept better .
Do not hesitate to pop in to Kirton and speak to Stacey and Paul. Both are very knowledgeable and welcoming.
I would highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
