My daughters (autistic and ADHD) mental health was at rock bottom and the wait for CAMHs was over a year (not great when your 14 year old is suicidal!!). I googled and found these services. Best thing I ever did! My daughter gets all the support she needs (and so do I!). Her therapist is amazing, really took the time to get to know her and helped her to feel safe enough to open up about her problems. It has taken longer than the 6-8 weeks that CAMHs offer but she is in a much better place now. They offer so much more than the CBT that CAMHs can offer, including play therapy which is a much better way of working with children who are neurodivergent. I think Therapeutic Support Services literally saved my daughters life - Thank you so much

Katherine has consistently supported me since the day i met her. she has always been so helpful in reassuring me and helping me understand my big feelings and i’m beyond grateful i get to have therapy with her. She always explains things so when we’re talking about things i understand why things are the way they are and it’s really helpful. She is the most empathetic, kind and sweet woman and i’m extremely happy i get to talk to her.
