I recently completed a 6 week online via zoom course with Henosis. I found Suzanne to professional, friendly and very approachable. The course covered different aspects of life coaching, and each week covered a separate topic. During the six weeks Suzanne offered some very insightful ways of tackling issues and causing me to look at long standing problems in a different and more positive way. The group discussions were also helpful and well guided by Suzanne to keep us on topic!! I came away with some useful tools for managing issues in the future, and some very helpful insights and changed thinking about historic issues.

Suzanne is clearly passionate about this subject and it shows in her knowledge and presentation style. To get the most from a group session you do need to be prepared to share a bit, and obviously it is not individually tailored. But Suzanne does also offer one to one which I should think would be very useful for those who don’t want groups or who have very specific issues.

As a Founder i have been able to clear up my tasks and put them in order of priority. Suzanne has given me techniques that i have been able to use away from our sessions. She's a very good listener, someone who goes the extra mile, helped overcome obstacles, models good behaviour. she gives other colleagues confidence booster, always exceeds and meets goals.
Good listener , the way Suzanne listens attentively, gives me space to speak, is very patient and then the way she reflects back what i said to get me to see things clearly, but it also gives me feeling of shes heard me. Its been over Zoom, but I can see Suzanne looking at me on the screen and not distracted.
She always goes the extra mile as a volunteer for Soul Sister, gives me helping hand with tasks and projects, she uses her skills in IT, Website, Social media posts, policies, podcasting help and other official documents. I was struggling with project podcasting, Suzanne was on zoom talking me through the hosting, cutting and editing and adding music. Not only did you sit on Zoom and listen to me, but you go out of your way even after your volunteering hours to look for and edit policies, document and the website. The work you presented to me was clear and concise and hugely beneficial to what we are doing. Without your help I would have had to delay things which was the last thing I wanted for us to do. The extra effort you put into this really made a big difference not only for me, but the team also. Thank you!

Modelling good behaviour, Suzanne did a great job by gathering all of the team members and asking them for an input regarding bio's to upload onto the website. She made everyone feel like a team. Great way to encorage participation. Well done
