Can't recommend this place enough. Had my first sports massage today as I was feeling some tension and back pain. Matt Gillard (who done the massage) was absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable and recommended certain exercises. I feel reinvigorated and I will certainly be returning!

I've been treated by Matt for a hamstring injury and he's been excellent. He's informative, friendly and got me back running! He was happy to message me in between sessions with tips and pointers on what to do as well which was very handy. The clinic is new, clean and is a great set up. Definitely recommend.

30 min appointment - Back disc injury. Some light massage. Didn't learn anything particularly new or helpful and didn't come away with any new or revised healing plan (despite explaining in detail the symptoms and current exercises to help healing). A few more sessions may have helped but didn't feel like it was in any way productive.

Greg has been treating me for the past few months and has been excellent. I have felt an improvement in my back and neck and also received some exercises to help strengthen the muscles and prevent further problems. New clinic is fab and very professional. Very thorough appointments and value for money.
