After I woke up one day with a frozen neck which didn’t ease for weeks I decided to book in with Lily at the Wellness Hub for an osteopath appointment. I was amazed to walk out of there with a neck I could move freely with no pain! I then asked for some help with a sports injury and lifelong chronic back pain, and after a few sessions my injury is healing well and my back pain is dramatically reduced. Thank you Lily! The wellness hub is a lovely place to get your treatment and you can park right in front of the building which is a massive plus. I’ve already recommended Lily to loads of friends and with all the other talented therapists at the hub it’s my go-to place now 🙂

I was recently given a birthday present of a Gift Voucher for a massage at the Wellness Hub. I booked an Holistic Massage with essential oils.
I met Irene, the therapist, and was impressed by her knowledge. She welcomed me, and explained what she would do, after completing a short questionnaire. I was able to choose the mix of oils that I liked, and she custom-made my massage oil, which smelt wonderful.
Her technique was superb, and I relaxed within minutes, as she addressed different muscle groups, and carried out lymphatic drainage. At the end, I felt completely relaxed, and fell asleep as soon as I got home. I cannot recommend Irene highly enough, and hope to book another visit soon.

I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant and have been suffering with awful back/sciatic pain, so my husband surprised me and booked a pregnancy massage for me with Jan! It was a wonderful experience, so relaxing! Jan was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough and I walked away feeling much more comfortable. Would highly recommend! Thank you again x
