I recently completed Level 1 and Level 2 Reiki at the Wellbeing workshop, and it was an incredibly rewarding experience. Jo is a truly inspiring teacher who brings both passion and expertise to her lessons. She is attentive to every detail, ensuring that each participant feels supported throughout the process. The workshop was very hands-on, providing ample opportunity to practice and deepen my understanding. I highly recommend this course for anyone looking to explore Reiki and enhance their healing journey.

I've recently attended Jo's for a Reiki level 1 & 2 weekend. I had such a nice time there, start to finish. Jo creates a very calming and welcoming atmosphere. I also love that there are animals around, cats and if you're lucky her little dog, it's like they are part of the calm setting and they can sense the healing energy. There's a lot to pack in at times but we didn't feel rushed. This makes for a long few days full of learning, practice, discussion and fun. With her background in massage as well as Reiki, it gave a more rounded view of the physical and mental benefits of Reiki.

Also, we were fortunate to be blessed with some fresh baked offerings whilst there. A wonderfully moist Courgette cake and some marvellous scones. Both very well received by the group 😋. I'm not sure how she fits it all in.

Having searched for Reiki training on line, I chose Jo, even though she was by no means the nearest to me. First, I had a treatment by Jo and quite quickly booked into her Reiki 1 training; choosing to complete Reiki 2 a month later, which gave me time to absorb some of the information. They were the most amazing two days. Based in Jo’s home with awesome homemade cake, the days were long, but flew by; a great balance of practical work and information with excellent course materials that have been brilliant working tools as I started practicing Reiki on my friends and family. I could not recommend the Wellbeing Workshops more highly. Thank you, Jo Giles, you are awesome.

I did Reiki Level 2 this weekend with Jo and I cannot recommend her course enough. It was informative, creative, interactive and the time went so quickly as I was so engaged with the amazing teaching and the wonderful environment. I learnt so much and I am so excited to start practicing everything Jo taught me. Jo's teaching style is friendly and open and she created such a beautiful space for us to learn and be creative (and made us a delicious cake). Jo followed up with so much information and I feel privileged to have been taught by her. Thank you so much for sharing all your knowledge and experience with us, Jo! I wish I could do it all again

I took part in reiki level 2 at the beginning of June with the wellbeing workshop and wow what an amazing experience. Jo provided clear travel instructions on the best ways to get to her home, coming from Cambridge and not visiting London often this was extremely helpful. On arrival I was greeted with a warm welcome from Jo and pippin the dog and instantly felt at ease in her lovely home. We had a lovely area in the kitchen where we could all sit round and discuss our thoughts and opinions, we also did a reiki box in Jo’s gorgeous lounge and we were treated to beautiful acrylic paints. The attunement was done privately upstairs where we had our own space to receive the very powerful treatment. The course was well structured and the content was well presented and communicated. It suited my style of learning completely as it was very engaging. She checked in regularly with us to see if we needed anything and was offered tea and coffee throughout. She even made us some lovely cake ! I will be using this qualification for my job so Jo was very clear about the next steps I needed to do to complete the qualification. She gave me print outs and online material, everything I needed to complete my case studies, after which I will be fully qualified. I cannot recommend Jo enough and I’m so pleased I chose the well being workshop for my reiki 2 course.

So many experiences in 2 days of training.

We learned a lot, practiced a lot, energy expansion throughout. There was laughter, crying, awe, cats love, stunning cakes made with so much love and care.

Jo is an incredible and passionate reiki teacher! Recommend her to anyone looking to start their journey with reiki. She has a welcoming home, offers lots of yummy cake and drinks throughout the day, felt very welcomed into her home and felt her enthusiasm consistently throughout teaching. Feeling well supported on my journey to getting my diploma in reiki, and super excited to have this amazing gift of healing at my hands, an incredible journey to be on. She has provided lots of materials to help consolidate learning and kept it structured and concise throughout the day. Hoping to go back to her for my level 3 after some practice!

I was one of Jo's first students and did my Reiki Level 1 with her, along with my husband. We both absolutely loved the course. Jo was very professional and made us feel welcome. She patiently answered all of our (many!) questions and made the learning experience really fun. The course equipped us with a skill that we still use regularly. I'd really recommend learning Reiki with Jo if you're in London and looking to learn more about this area. She also makes amazing cakes by the way, in case you need more reason to do her course! The only reason we haven't been back yet to do Level 2 is that we moved abroad, but it's on my to-do list!
