I undertook the 12 week Unmasked Man coaching programme this year and have been completely blown away by the changes I have seen in my life as a result. Alexander is a brilliant coach, and challenged me and kept me accountable, but always with kindness and love. Through completing the programme I have developed my self belief and learnt how to love myself, been able to set boundaries more easily, become more honest and disciplined with myself, and allowed myself to feel a greater range of emotions than I would have before. This has lead to clearer communication with the people I love, and better relationships as a result. I cannot recommend the programme and Alexander enough. Throughout the programme he lifted me up and provided me with non-judgemental support, whilst asking the right questions every week that allowed me to develop the right parts at the right time.

The Unmasked man changed my life, I was welcomed with open arms at a very dark point in my life, I reached out and Alexander heard my call, the next day I did their level 2 retreat,
The process opened me up to my rawness, during the 4 days i discovered so much about myself, made friends with men that I honestly feel will be life long brothers, the connections I made are pure, the ego is dropped there is no judgment in this space, just love, everything you are is welcome, I left with tools to cope with daily life & a better understanding of how to regulate my emotions. This saved my life.
After the Level2 I enrolled on the facilitator training course which again took us deep into shadow work, understanding different traumas, this course is very in-depth & insightful.
Next month I will be attending the level 1 retreat, Alexander & Mitchell are incredible facilitators and will guide you through processes to help you heal your shadows with love and compassion, they are amazing men & want to help other men.
You will not be disappointed, take a leap of faith in these men.

In the last year I have been blessed enough to be able attend all three levels of UMM retreats. The first one changed my view of the world, men, and myself so much that I felt called to join in Level 2 as soon as it was offered. The same thing happened during Level 2 to attend Level 3. The men I met are awesome, loving, caring people. My fear of being with men has been dispelled and the unconditional love I felt all three times has been life changing. We also continue to support each other after the retreats. I feel very fortunate that we have a local UMM mens group in my town to continue this work. I choose to wear my UMM hoodie frequently, and am always amazed at the diversity of people that comment on it and ask me what it is about. Always with positive outcomes. I highly recommend UMM to any man. And the newly formed UM Women. All my friends agree, that this work is important and should be part of every mans life to heal and grow.
