I’ve attended many reflexology treatments with Gayle.
Gayle is welcoming, professional, attentive and knowledgeable. She puts you at ease and ensures that all information discussed at each appointment is confidential.

The surroundings are warm, comfortable, clean and very relaxing.

I went for reflexology to help with the symptoms of the menopause particularly regarding poor sleep and mood. The reflexology definitely improved my sleep pattern and I felt more calm and relaxed.

I am very impressed with the treatments and the service Gayle provides. I definitely recommend Gayle as a reflexologist especially to my friends and family and I will definitely book appointments with her again in the future.

I have been suffering with Plantar Fasciitis since this spring.
Had Bowen therapy with Gayle twice and is so much better when asked, I said I didn’t want to say,as didn’t want to jinx it, as it was so much better.
