I've been to many different classes here at the centre and wanted to leave a review to share my experiences. This centre is such a special place: amazing classes in the main room, wonderful treatment rooms, and an incredible team of yoga teachers. I particularly loved the women's circle I attended with Dharmabelle and the cacao ceremony with Aleisha - amazing women! Thank you so much! ☺️

We had our first yoga session in the newly renovated studio this weeks. Everyone commented on how much bigger and nice it looked. So nice to see all the new changes and investments made by the new owner. Can’t wait to see what comes next.

I recently went to see Mirka Kazimirova a massage therapist at The Tree Room Centre Colchester.

Mirka has a very calm approach, I felt very comfortable and she explained everything about what she specialised in.

I have been suffering for a long time with terrible sinus headaches, that don’t seem to go away, with conventional over the counter medication. Mirka suggested I tried a lymphatic drainage a facial massage,.she was completely honest with me and said the it would not be a permanent fix. Though the treatment was a complete instant relief for me, my skin felt brand new and I looked younger in the mirror. Two weeks after my treatment I am still not suffering with sinus headaches, my sleep pattern is a lot better, my stress levels are much lower, my skin feels and looks so much better. And i have a lot more energy.

I will definitely be going back for some more treatment as it’s certainly worth it..
I would highly recommend contacting Mirka for treatment.

The Tree Room Centre is a centre that provides many different therapies, the people who work there are experts, experienced and knowledgeable in what they specialise in. I would highly recommend either logging on to their website, or going to the centre to pickup leaflet's or cards on what you require.

The calming environment, the high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail are second to none which really sets this business apart from it's competitors.

I have been using the Tree Room for years now as a customer and more recently as a therapist myself. As others have said, there really is something magical and very soothing about the energy of the place. I feel instantly calmer when I enter.

There are a vast array of practitioners to choose from, many of whom are experts in their field and I have experienced first-hand the benefits of working with them on my own health & wellbeing.

Lastly, as a Practitioner, I am always happy to work with clients at the Tree Room for all the reasons described above. But also because Jo, the owner is kind, approachable and always has people's best interests at heart. She provides the flexibility and support that is needed by self-employed therapists which is much appreciated.
