Excellent, professional practice.
Miles identified multiple problems with my shoulder and started a treatment a rehab plan immediately, still early days but can already feel an improvement.
I've seen many physios over the last 6 years and Miles is up there with the very best.
Highly recommend, very competitively priced, exceptional value for money.

Miles treatment to my leg was amazing. Had been injured for 11 months and gone to another physiotherapist with no help! Less than 2 months with Miles at The Treatment Room and I am nearly fully recovered! Miles listens and really has quality of care and highly qualified! Would definitely recommend him as the best! Just been through a course of treatment over 6 sessions and Miles was always professional and friendly. Sorted me out fully with a combination of on site treatments coupled with exercises to do daily at home. My back and knee pains were caused by weak muscles in my left leg failing to support my knee properly.
I would recommend.

Having undergone a total knee replacement just over three weeks ago, I’ve been struggling both with straightening and bending my knee. I decided to book an appointment with Miles at The Treatment Room. To be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect, as I’ve only experienced NHS physiotherapy before. However, from the moment I entered the waiting room, I felt completely at ease. The space was immaculate. My session with Miles was exceptional. Not only is he highly knowledgeable, but he’s also clearly passionate about his work. The atmosphere was so relaxed that it felt more like chatting with a friend. I’m already looking forward to my next session next week.

Have visited the Treatment room recently for a confirmed diagnosis of my ankle pain. A thorough ultrasound showing posterior tibialis tendinitis. Miles was very good at explaining in detail what the results showed. It’s the beginning of my rehab to return to running. Miles has set me a clear program of exercises to strengthen and hopefully return to what I love doing.

I was recommended by my cousin in London to use the treatment room. It's just round the corner from my house in newport, it's very clean and spacious.
I was in agony with my extreme pain and with only 2 session and Matt was amazing he targeted the source of my pain and managed to ease approx 90% of the pain and increased my mobility around my neck, shoulder. He also gave simple exercise stretches that I was comfortable to do. Matt is very friendly, experienced and honest. I still have a long way to go for my recovery as i get flare ups due to my other health conditions. So I ill be seeing Matt soon for long term service from him. I highly recommend the treatment room.

My first appointment l found it welcoming, friendly, and informative. But most importantly, what can be done to ease pain in my shoulder. I was told the treatment plan going forward. I have received treatment 4 times and along with my exercises the pain has become less. I definitely would recommend visiting as they support you throughout your treatment and in time be pain free.

I’ve seen Miles twice now and he’s absolutely fantastic. I’ve had a bad back for almost a year now and after recently being accepted into the fire service, my anxiety has been through the roof thinking I have a slipped disk and with worrying if my back will ‘go’ during training. Miles really took the time to listen to all my concerns, conduct thorough tests and ultimately, put my mind at ease. Would 1000% recommend.
