I've just completed 10 1:1 bespoke pilates sessions with Heidi, which included a massage. From my initial session where the basic act of getting down on the floor & using a foam roller was intensely painful I'm now doing weight training again! The progress has been incredible! Heidi is immensely knowledgeable & assesses your needs quickly & effectively, providing targeted exercises to get the most out of your sessions. Highly recommend! I cannot recommend Heidi Wood's knowledgeable and capable hands highly enough. I had a back injury that left me unable to move without assistance and was advised to go see Heidi. After the first session of sports massage with Heidi I was able to move around more freely with much less pain. I then purchased a block booking and she helped so much. With advice on stretching to do at home, acupuncture and attending some of her Pilates sessions I am stronger, suffer much less pain and feel so much better.

If we start by saying I’m a complete beginner at any form of exercise really, I’m a almost 42 year old with no coordination skills yet I’m now 5 sessions into my PT with Heidi and I actually look forward to them. Heidi’s patient, she works me hard but understands sometimes ( most times) I need to be shown again. I’ve also suffered with really bad lower back pain and had a sports massage which was amazing! Highly recommend Heidi she’s magic ….

Heidi is an amazing sports therapist, she is so knowledgeable, makes you feel at ease and sorts out your strained calves.
Heidi uses different methods of therapy including acupuncture and always offers advise and support. Alot of people from my running group a go to Heidi with strains etc. I would highly recommend.

The Therapy Room came recommended to me by my GP appointed NHS physiotherapist.
The young lady was called Heidi who tended to both my shoulder and ankle injuries. It was apparent immediately that she was extremely knowledgeable and knew without my explanation exactly how they’d come about.
