Huge shout-out to Terri – an absolute legend.

I've had more therapists than I care to admit, and Terri is the first who has actually treated me like an individual. She has adapted and tailored various techniques to better address my autism and OCD, where previous therapists have just demanded we go by the book even when it wasn't working. She has been SO patient with me, she makes me smile, and most of all, she actually cares and fights my corner.

I can't begin to describe how much this means to me – I've made more progress in 6 months with Terri than I have in 15 years with others. I was on the verge of giving up on therapy until Terri came along.

I’m really struggling to find the words on how much Talking Therapies has helped me. My CBT was fantastic but CAT has truly changed my life.
I got my initial assessment within a few hours after calling as there was a cancellation and my first session of CBT within around a week. I was referred for CAT and with only one therapist specialising in this I thought I’d be on the waitlist for several months but only waited around 8 weeks. Neil has had the biggest impact on my life and can honestly say was one of the best things to happen to me. Thank you Neil, Rafi, Talking Therapies and the NHS for providing this incredible service.

Very helpful and genuinely caring staff. Andrea has help keep me grounded and talked me through realistic and achievable solutions to issues i have been dealing with for a long time.
