What a fabulous resource..Chris is warm, engaging and great to have as my go to for Spiritual Development. He is easy to listen to, encouraging and enabling with the right amount of humour & experience in equal measures. He promotes self resilience and belief and this gives the individual a comprehensive tool kit to work with.
I would highly recommend Chris to anyone who is looking for a starting point, continued development or trying something new and exciting.

1. I love a drum meditation but seemed alot more intense in person and not just through ear phones so that was great! Cant wait to do that again.
