I had a niggling injury that was preventing me from running. I'd seen two physios, an osteo and even had an MRI but the cause of the knee and hip pain was a mystery. I tried Grant on a whim - I liked the reviews - and it has been a game changer. I had deep tissue massage and cupping. 6 days after my first appointment I ran a half marathon and a week later I did my first duathlon, all pain free. Thank you Grant!

I walked into the clinic for my appointment as a bundle of knots, muscle tension and with a semi-locked neck. It was a pleasure to meet Grant and I am thankful for the work he does for I was able to walk out of the clinic after my appointment feeling as if I had been thoroughly ironed out straight and put back together.

Not only was my experience more than satisfactory and has me wanting to return in the future; Grant also proceeded to show his true passion for the practice as we were finishing up, for he went above and beyond to make sure he had done everything that he could, and also provided me with his professional opinions on what it is I could do to maintain and improve my physical well being which I found to be valuable.

All in all a great first appointment in this comfortable, soothing clinic. Thank you.

Seeing a sports therapist was a brand new experience for me. My husband recommended the clinic after he praised Tom, who he had seen a couple of weeks before. I booked my first ever session with Grant. When I turned up, I was very apprehensive and anxious as to whether they would actually be able to help me. I was already feeling insecure about having to undress because of my weight and after having such a bad experience at a chiropractor, I was super nervous all round so I literally can't speak highly enough of Grant! He made me feel at ease the second I walked into the room. He is so friendly, kind, compassionate, and respectful. He really took my concerns on board, reaching out to other professionals to put my mind at ease. He is also super funny too.....he is my new favourite person lol. I have only been twice (today was one of them) and I can feel such a difference already. My pain in my neck, shoulders and back has reduced alot and that was just after the first session. I actually feel mentally happier too so I highly recommend the clinic!!

I saw Tom for some advice whilst doing some intense training for a HYROX. I found him to be very knowledgable and detailed in his approach. Would recommend Tom not just for resolving existing injuries but also preventing injuries.
