Kath is my 'go to' with any muscle ache or pain. Today, I visited with a tight thigh muscle, limped into her treatment room. Thirty minutes later I could walk out normally. Kath is very professional and extremely good at deep tissue massage. The treatment room is immaculate and warm. Highly recommend The Ridge Osteopathy Clinic

I would definitely recommend Kath. I have been to osteopaths in the past and was very reluctant to try again, but my physio asked me to see one. I found the closest one, swallowed all my fears and made an appointment. My previous experiences have been of painful procedures, being asked to come for weeks on end and not being taught any exercises to aid my recovery. Kath is very different ! I feel as though she really cares about her patients. She has healing hands, her deep tissue massages are gentle, but firm when they need to be. She listens carefully and even suggested lots of exercises to do in the interim to aid my recovery. Money well spent. Thank you Kath 🙂

Highly recommend Kath, she is excellent & really helped with my shoulder & neck issues. She’s very knowledgeable & great at explaining the body structure.

I visited Ridge Osteopathy when I was suffering the worst bout of sciatica. I had a consultation and a massage and was given stretches to do, which helped immensely. A few weeks later I went back for a follow up consultation and massage for some residual issues and I can't praise Kath enough for her help.
