I had the most wonderful experience with Lola, the therapist. From the moment I walked in, she created such a calming and welcoming atmosphere, it immediately put me at ease. Lola is incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful in her approach. She took the time to talk me through the treatment, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Wet cupping + full body massage is what I went for yesterday was nervous as it was my first time but after meeting Lola I was confident, she was absolutely fantastic - I feel so much lighter (I had a lot of back pain due to injury/other issues for which I waited monthsss to get better) but Lola’s hands worked like magic!! very impressed, Lola was brilliant, gave tips and suggestions too - can’t wait for my next session 🥰

Dissappointing. Wouldnt return.

I have had a few great massages from other places.. and was given a voucher for revival pod.

Firstly, i filled in forms in beautiful shop front. Then taken to another entrance and building for massage...with old carpets, strong smokey smell, dingy, nothing like the pictures.

Secondly, my hour massage lasted 50 mins, not hour. The last ten mins of this involved the masseuse focusing more on talking and less on her technique so she just rubbed the same area up and down, fast...which wasnt pleasant.

Thirdly, masseuse's phone was on loud so i heard text come through, which also stopped music, then a phone call, which also stopped music.. and phone was still not silenced.

Fourthly, therapist didnt seem to be making effort to make it relaxing. When placing hot stones back she would throw them in noisily, then slam it shut. I couldnt relax at any point during the 40 minutes.

Fifthly, massage was too vigourous...which can be good if done well, to relieve deep tension and inflammation... but on this ocassion it felt like fast rubbing, not intentional localised pressure... and my inflammed shoulder and stiff neck remain the same... perhaps just now more tender.

Lastly, therapist spoke for 20 mins, after cutting my massage short, which was even less impressive than the actual massage.

I really dislike giving a 'negative' review.. but i give many positive reviews and after careful consideration, i think it right to also be open and honest when something isnt satisfactory, for the purpose of making improvements.

lola was absolutely spectacular. work on my back and knee. went previous for cupping couldn't get rid of my inflammation and she did. she has excellent work ethic and does a fantastic job - highly recommend

My first time with The revival pod, an amazing or I should say a very relaxing experience. Lola very sweet started with asking me to fill out a form about my health and then discussing about my body issues then suggesting what would be the best. I totally relied on her and she gave the best massage and cupping. Was Offered dates and water after my session totally worth it.
