What an absolutely brilliant service we have received from Susan & Graham. Always greeted with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. Have visited a few times and each time everything was explained and made easy to understand, not only that, they were very reassuring too. Honestly can not recommend highly enough. 5 stars 🌟

Personal, professional and reassuring. Every attribute needed to calm the storm of a potential health scare. The report and images I needed to send to my surgeon arrived in my inbox before I was even home. This is my second visit and I fully recommend Graham and Susan.

I was given an appointment at short notice on a Sunday for an abdominal scan following ongoing digestive issues. From the outset I was treated with care and compassion. Graham was very reassuring at the other end of the phone when I initially called and the booking process was very straightforward. Susan was equally welcoming and reassuring, explaining the procedure and putting me at my ease as it was carried out. She is a very experienced sonographer. The results were sent to me within an hour of my scan following immediate verbal feedback from Susan at the end of the scan. Thank you both.

Graham and Susan where amazing, they have a beautiful home together, lovely couple, I booked the scan originally due to the NHS not getting back to me. now I know I was missed on the system 👌 I was so worried but Susan gave me great advice on how to approach the situation and now I have appointment next week and appointment today for blood work and everything since I'm 12 weeks and 3 days now but if it wasn't for them I don't know how long I would of waited on nhs getting back to me. with this being my frist pregnancy I had no idea what to do or how things work
