Visited Sam with back pain, having been taken off my feet by my Golden Retriever. Found she really listened and took her time to see what has going on with my body. Straight away I felt my shoulders go back and was able to stand straight without pain. Positive Health is a multidisciplinary establishment professionally run by qualified people at their conveniently situated premises in Borough Green.

I have been attending Pilates classes at Positive Health for almost 10 years in order to maintain mobility after several injuries.

The Pilates studio is spacious and scrupulously clean with all equipment provided.

My Pilates instructor, Sally, is one of the best. With an encyclopaedic knowledge of the discipline, coupled with a solid understanding of anatomy - how does she remember the names of all those muscles! - she fully understands how and why a particular exercise will benefit you and if you are unable to carry out any move she will always provide an effective alternative

The benefits of 1 hour a week in Sally’s class are an excellent and affordable investment in your health and wellbeing

I have been going to the Positive Health Centre since Sam opened it. I have ongoing back issues from past trauma to my back and pelvic area and Sam has been successfully treating me for years. She has made a real difference to my pain and physical health. She is my go to person whenever I need some help. Love this one stop shop. I see Alxeis regularly for a sports massage and my other half sees Sam the Osteopath. They are brilliant at putting us back together again. Feel very safe as it's super clean and secure with their covid measures they've put in place.
