I had EMDR Therapy with Claire initally due to experiencing vicarious trauma (compassion fatigue) from the work that I do. Although it also highlighted some personal areas that needed addressing, that I wasn't aware of. It reduced my anxiety, supported me to feel calmer, gave me some grounding resources and some clear next steps for my ongoing healing journey. I am very grateful for the support that Claire gave me.
