Booked in with Zoe due to experiencing hip pain that I feared would bring my half marathon training to a halt. At the initial consultation Zoe found the root of the issue and recommended exercises that I could do at home which have worked wonders. The second session massage was also fantastic. Thank you in helping me to achieve my goal, I raced pain free! I strongly recommend Zoe and would 100% book in with her again in future.

Zoe is fantastic. Super friendly great at what she does very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve spent over 5 years with back trouble and been going to Zoe for two years now, whenever it crops up again I go in with a lot of pain for a sports massage and I always wake up the next day pain free. Zoe helped me to work on recovering from back issues related to an accident. She took the time to understand the circumstances of the injury, how it impacts the day to day and issues related to my physical job. She assessed and formed a plan of how to work through problems, which included massage, stretches and exercises. This, coupled with educating me on how stretches and exercises done at home or in the gym can alleviate and improve problems, really made a difference.

I've been to see Zoe a couple of times over the past year with a few issues related to running. On both occasions, she's been professional, personal and gone above and beyond to make sure that I was ready for both the races I was building towards at the time. I'm almost certain that I wouldn't have got through my marathon if it wasn't for the help she'd provided through both exercises and advice to help me get to raceday with both knee and achilles complaints(outside of appointment times too!). I won't go anywhere else when the next running related issue pops up!

After being referred to physio by the GP I was struggling to get an appointment I could make, I was then recommend The Physio Room by a friend. I met with Zoe who was great, she started the session with an assessment to confirm how to proceed, followed by massage and stretches and she left me with a few exercises to complete at home. I am now 2 weeks down the line and I already feel back up to strength and taking more time to focus on my posture to avoid any future injury.
