We are eternally grateful to Molly and Anna at the Orchid Practice for all their hard and incredibly skilled work with our 5 year old daughter on her speech intelligibility. The sessions were fun and engaging, and never felt like a chore for our daughter, and she came on leaps and bounds.
She started therapy with lots of speech errors which meant that someone unfamiliar to her would understand 40-50% of her speech, and now, 18 months later, she's fully understandable. As parents we worked hard at home on the weekly tasks set by the therapists, but I am sure that she would not have made the same amount of progress without the support of Orchid. She's a very happy and confident girl, and doing brilliantly with Phonics at school. So THANK YOU!

Can’t recommend the Orchid Practice highly enough, they are fantastic. My son works with Bethany and his speech has progressed in leaps and bounds. We are so grateful for the incredible support our daughter received from Anna Norburn. Annas kindness and patience made our daughter feel comfortable and eager to learn.
The sessions were not only successful but engaging and fun, tailored perfectly to meet our daughters needs. We saw significant progress in her speech, and it was heartwarming to witness her newfound confidence.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending The Orchid Practice if your child requires Speech Therapy.
Amy has worked with my 5 year old son for 6 months now and his speech/pronunciation has come on leaps and bounds!
After every weekly session we receive tracker notes and a helpful list of things to practice at home.

We’ve had a great experience working with The Orchid Practice. We needed updated assessments and a tribunal report as we prepared to appeal sections B, F and I of my son’s EHCP.

Amy worked closely with the EP and OT to fully understand his profile. Thinking holistically about our son has helped us to understand more about his needs and what provision would be most suited. Having professionals alongside enabled us to feel supported and prepared as we moved towards the tribunal date.

Thankfully the local authority conceded before we got to tribunal. My son got his school. The EHCP still needs updating and the amazing report written for the tribunal will be used in the upcoming review.

We hope to continue working with the team in the future. We would highly recommend The Orchid Practice.

My son has worked with Amy for a few years now and he has come on so much. We approached the Orchid Practice in 2020 after not being able to get support for him through the NHS.

Amy has been instrumental in his progress in so many ways and we are really pleased with her support. Being able to have his sessions in school has also helped with his concentration and its lovely to hear how much clearer his words have become over time.
