I have been attending the Clinic because of an issue with my lower back. Iain and Andy are welcoming, approachable and professional. Iain did an initial assessment and treatment began, complimented by a gentle exercise program designed by Andy based on Iain’s assessment. The approach is one of a three way partnership.

The outcome has been excellent. I have developed an understanding of my back issue which helps me make sense of what is going on and on the far fewer occasions the back pain occurs it lasts for a couple of days at most rather than a week or so as before.

In summary: Understanding, less pain and the reassurance I can attend the clinic again when I need to.

In common with many people I have suffered from a bad back on and off for many years. After visiting several chiropractors with varying degrees of success I found Iain and Andy's chiropractic clinic.

Their approach is unlike most chiropractors I've experienced in that it is based on science, verified research, a positive mindset, exercise and movement. This has transformed how my back now feels.

My back will never be absolutely perfect (whose is?) But it now doesn’t stop me living a normal life. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Superb. I feel very lucky that we have such experts working locally. They are incredibly professional, hugely knowledgable, and deliver treatment in a way that inspires confidence. My only wish is that I’d found them 10 years ago! Also took my daughter to see them and they were able to explain relatively complicated elements of physiology in a way that even a 11 year old could understand.

Attended NWSC as last resort for my life long, debilitating back pain. Initially very sceptical, but outcome transformative.
Personalized treatment, 'manipulation', prescribed exercises and education. Iain and Andy highly professional, friendly, genuinely care about the welfare of their patients. Both emphasize the need for patients to actively maintain the health of their back.

I have been using the NWSC for years and only wish that I’d discovered it before I had back surgery. I have learned so much about my back and pain and how to manage it since attending. Iain and Andy are extremely professional whilst at the same time being equally friendly and supportive. They help keep me going physically as well as lifting my spirits when times are tough. I would recommend 100%.

Go to the chicropractor in Bangor instead if you live in that area. The guy at this place tried to convince me I had a slipped disc when all I actually had was a slight pelvis rotation. I was in absolute agony for months, paying through the nose for treatment and all I was receiving was a slight bit of acupuncture. Thankfully I moved on to the Bangor chiro instead after noticing zero improvement from this one in Penmaenmawr. I’m convinced The North Wales Spine Clinic have no real understanding of anything... either that or they’re trying to give you fallacies so you have to keep going back. Don’t let the shiny website and jargon fool you, you’re better spending your money elsewhere
