I have regularly received the most wonderful back,neck and shoulders massage from this clinic. I always go home totally relaxed. Tania and Natasha are always so welcoming and caring. At other times I have had other treatments which have all been exceptional.

As a result of meeting Tania at a drop in at the Centre last summer I have been visiting her for massage on a regular basis. She has sorted out various aches and pains in my back and neck and is now concentrating on my legs which have been giving me problems for a very long time. I am extremely grateful that her talents have helped me on the way to becoming pain free. I would highly recommend the Centre.

I have been a regular visitor for a couple of years. I found the clinic when looking for a Reiki practitioner. Jean is amazing and I highly recommend her Reiki sessions. Also, the massages given by Tania are out of this world. A very welcoming Clinic that makes you feel at home.

Since discovering this haven of tranquillity, I have noticed a great improvement in my physical wellbeing and have gained the confidence to start exercising again after many busy years caring for family members and forgetting to look after my own needs. Tania's massages and nutritional advice have been extremely helpful. Both Tania and Eileen have encouraged me to join SPARKS ( a Sunday morning boot camp for the over 50s) which has given me a new lease of life. So pleased I came across this Centre when I moved to Romsey a couple of years ago.

Reiki with Jean is fabulous. Each session is relaxing and enlightening and I leave feeling energised. I cannot speak highly enough of Jean and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her. My only complaint is I can’t go more often !
