This was my 1st visit to an Osteopath and im so glad I went! The easy and quick booking system was great and I was able to book an appointment that suited my busy life. Doug really helped me with my headaches and discovered it was more than likely due to tension in my neck! Through massage and exercises I have been feeling so much better!
I would highly recommend The Melksham movement clinic!! 🙌

I visited Doug as I was suffering from Post Concussion Syndrome and had heard osteopathy could help and I’m pleased to say it did. Having never been to an osteopath before I was unsure and nervous about my first visit but felt I had to take the decision to book an appointment to relieve the pain I was experiencing with my sciaticaI. have been pleased with the treatment so far received from Doug at Melksham Movement. Doug was very professionally at the same time had a sense of humour which help put me at my ease. I received exercises sent via email to compliment the treatment and now feel like I’m on the road to recovery.

The Melksham movement clinic is an excellent practice. Doug was able to see me at very short notice and helpful alleviate my back discomfort immediately. A well run practise offering quality treatment in a easy to access location. The appointment I had was extremely worth the money, Doug managed to observe structural issues I had and offer treatment that fixed it and then long term Rehab suggestions to implement. Thanks to the Clinic, I'm now back training Strongman pain-free.

I was treated by Douglas Purves for leg pain whilst skiing. The pain had been troubling me for several days and seemed to be getting worse. After a single session of treatment I have been completely pain-free both on and off the slopes.
