First I am probably my own worst enemy in life! I am a massage therapist so my job is very physical. I also do alot of sports and gym training so really, I never stop and give myself a break. The upshot of this is, I get run down quickly . . . . With having to wear a mask/shield for my job, it didn't take long for me to develop tonsillitis (again). Due to issues, i couldn't see a doctor and was prescribed penicillin over the phone. This antibiotic doesn't work on my and after 5 days, I was still really unwell. Following a consultation with Holly, she provided me with an Ayerverdic mix and told me to drink it as an infusion. I'm not kidding but literally after the first drink and a night's sleep, I felt a whole lot better. I drank it again the next day and day after and the tonsillitis was gone. What it has made me realise and remember is that Ayerverdic should be the first port of call if you are unwell and not the last and 'modern medicines' should be the last port of call if you cannot get yourself well. I highly recommend Holly due to her deep understanding of how the body and mind works.
