I've been seeing Sarah for regular Sacral Crainal therapy for a few years now.
I've a long term health issue that regularly puts me in a wheelchair and on crutches, last year I stopped seeing after being mobile for a long time,
After stopping my regular monthly sessions and then damage to my back through a heart operation I ended up back in the wheelchair.
Off I went again to see her and she is truly amazing, the proof is in the pudding as they say!! And I'm Defiant proof
I genuinely don't no where id be with out her, she caring considerate and a font of knowledge, I seriously recommend her to anyone I think she can help! On that note I've had quite a few friends that have used her and each one agrees how amazing she is and rightly so.
I've also had the pleasure of Reiki, crystal and sound healing from her, she literally caters to body mind and soul in an amazing intuitive way.
I love my sessions with her and always come away feeling great for going.
Really couldnt recommend enough .

I started going to Sarah a couple of years ago once a month I really feel the benefit she is the best therapist IV seen to be honest and I really look forward to our sessions I sometimes have reiki reflexology cranial or sometimes back neck and shoulders which I really needed this week she is amazing I say work your magic and she really does bless you Sarah your the best xx

I have craino therapy and find it really beneficial, was going to have massage today but knew that craino I would benefit more as after a massage for the next couple of days I feel wiped. I have ms and am a bit clumsy.

Since I have met Sarah, my posture has improved enormously and the work she does in her sessions has certainly prevented little niggles from becoming painful, embedded issues. Sarah has a bubbly personality and training in multiple therapies which work together to provide a very cohesive offering whether you need calming reflection, a big therapeutic supportive and enabling session, just a bit of girly time or just that bit of “me” time as a treat. I highly recommend her as a therapist. As I say to her, I don’t know how what she does work - but it does work!
