My experience with the lexicon practice was great! I had been through 9 years of ongoing trauma; my mother (who’s done 4 years of psychiatry) said what I’ve been through is something she’d read in a patient’s notes. Knowing this, I thought that it’d be the best thing to work on unraveling some of that trauma. And my mother had told me not to go cheaply because if psychology is done wrong, it’s severely detrimental.

Therefore I reached out to one of their psychologists, from psychologytoday called Dr. Oliver- Yusta- Sharples. He’s rather pricey however that’s due to his vast psychological knowledge as he has a high degree in psychology, he’s helped me understand and settle many things, ultimately making my emotions feel calmer. Highly recommend their service.
