I became interested in getting some coaching after moving on from a long term role. I wanted to take some time to reflect on what I had done and have a clearer understanding of what I wanted to do next. I felt that getting support from a coach would ensure I tackled the tough questions and didn't duck from them. I was also aware there were aspects of this journey I would need guidance on, and maybe things that needed to be covered that I was not aware of.
Bill did not disappoint! I was fortunate enough to have my sessions in person. Bill created a relaxed atmosphere, and we were able to use his process to examine what it was I have enjoyed about my work and life so that I could build a picture of what I should focus on for the future.
I'm so pleased I made the decision to embrace coaching, and I am also very lucky to have Bill as my guide through this.
I now have a clear picture of what I want to invest my time in for this next chapter of my life. Many of us understand what we do, and how we do it. Bill helped my further understand "why" I do what I do, and what gives me enjoyment. This has been one of the most valuable lessons in my life thus far.

I contacted Bill when work started to take over my life and burnout threatened. I am very glad that I did so. In our coaching sessions he helped me to step back and gain clarity and objectivity about my business. He made helpful suggestions on how to take pressure off in the short term and improve things in the long term. Bill is calm, thoughtful and emotionally literate. I would highly recommend him.
