1st appointment years ago great.
8.30 am on a Saturday, a Dr who's shoes looked like she'd just walked the dog, treated my husband and I to what I can call a tornado. Where she slid around on her chair, yet despite hearing aids, I'm deaf. She took my tablet with the photos in my hand of me, and she whizzed through them, as "it would be quicker" she said. A blood test and prescription, and showed us out. Bad patient care, speed was of the essence. 7mins, 🤔 I think less. I've a biopsy on Thurs, so I may re-edit this, but I'm sorry, listen to the patient, don't rush them, and treat them like they're on a checkout. 🌪🤷‍♀️

It's a fairly new medical facility with a GP practice, several out-patient departments and a chemist shop onsite. It's built over two floors but there is a lift so although you can access the lower level from the front and the upper level from the back you can travel between the two internally.

I was referred here for corrective insoles at podiatry, where I found the staff have always been helpful, responsive and kind towards me. The appointments have always been calm and relaxed and I have had plenty of time to discuss concerns or worries and have always received fantastic help and have felt a lot better especially with my mental health. Great service, they always try to go above and beyond to help you and make you feel at ease. Highly recommend podiatry and its staff. 🙂

Saw a Dr BD in Aug2022, awaited a letter of op, did not receive, had to phone up, received a letter for Nov2022 for op, they cancelled on the day. Said they would send another letter of reappointment, never received. Phoned again in Jan2023, they booked for the following week. Following week came and they cancelled 2hrs before to state the surgeon does not do that procedure! we would have to reschedule! Just like that, rearrange care for the vulnerable person for going to op and aftercare. Needless to say there was a few words and complaint to PALs

30 mins repeatedly calling ,always engaged . I found out that the reason no one picks up the phone is that ,there is no reception at all ,the desk is empty and the phones removed ! the reason Im told is that funding has been removed .

today is the first time i have been to the centre and i am very impressed,- nice, friendly greeting from the young man on reception then upstairs for a short wait, the nurse who came to take me through had a very pleasant way about her,and made conversation. then in to see the consultant who shook my hand on arrival and departure, sorted me out, asked me if i had any questions, i felt totally at ease- really good experience
