Found this little gem today. It's the perfect place to stop after a long dog walk on Long Rock beach. Really friendly staff, lovely atmosphere with a really cool retro beach vibe where you can sit inside or out (with your dog). Great coffee and I highly recommend the lime and courgette cake. I'll definitely be visiting again!

Great little find, lovely lady serving me today. Fabulous tasting coffee. Homemade cakes look amazing, wish I could have carried them with me on my walk!. Really trendy decor, views straight onto the beach and seas.

My favourite pit stop on the sea walk to Marazion. Coffee is always lovely and so are the cakes and toasties. Very friendly staff and a perfect view of the mount to sit for a while.

We thoroughly enjoyed our paddle board lesson with Hoxton Special. Despite an unforeseen weather change, the staff kindly offered alternative dates and locations, ensuring we didn't miss out. Finally, on Sunday morning, we had a fantastic lesson with Angus. He is an exceptionally experienced coach, and all three of us beginners learned with confidence. Thank you, Hoxton Special!

Whilst in Marazion we stopped at the Hoxton Special. Great service, and amazing hot chocolate and coffee. Loved it so much we went back for burger and decks night on the Friday evening. Smashed burgers were amazing and again excellent service.
