I would like to say a huge thank you to both Zoe and Lance for my recent 3 crystal and reiki treatments because it was well worth doing in ways I hadn't realized I'd needed.

Although I had all 3 treatments with Lance, both Lance and Zoe were so welcoming and accommodating in making sure I felt at my most comfortable and relaxed state, both mentally and physically, so I could get the most out of this new experience.

Before Lance started the treatment, he spent the time to sit with me and tell me exactly what I could expect in terms of his process and what he would be doing. Each time we were getting set up, Lance first made sure that I was comfortable and was still OK to go ahead with the treatment before we continued, and let me know that if at any time this changed and I needed the treatment to stop, it was totally fine. If I wanted to talk or ask questions throughout the treatment, that was also OK with him.

During the treatments, Lance took him time and did what he felt was needed and didn't make any part feel rushed. Lance, the background music and the atmosphere of the room made the entire experience feel calm and relaxed.

After the treatment had finished, Lance helped me sit up again and made sure I was feeling OK before letting me move back to the seat. Once seated, we both discussed what we felt/ experienced and Lance took notes. On the 2nd and 3rd visit, we also discussed how I was feeling during the days between treatments too.

For me personally, each visit was different in terms of what I had felt during and after.
During the first visit, one of the most prominent things I realized was that my body was 100% relaxed, but my mind was racing (common for my mind). The night after my treatment however, I was yawning by 6pm and fast asleep by 9pm which is unheard of for me. I had been struggling for a long time with not being able to fall asleep easily and would have to force myself around 11pm to go to sleep! For the next few days after this first treatment I fell to sleep with ease and stayed asleep.

During the second treatment, Lance had played a subtle beat on a small drum and this totally zoned me out to the most relaxing headspace. It was SO peaceful and beautiful!
After the treatment had finished, I felt like I'd had the best night sleep in world and straight away felt like I had a load of energy in me. Like I could have jumped up and gone for really long run (trust me, I never do that lol). Again, this feeling stuck with me for a few days and I felt so much more alert at work and at home and felt really motivated! Again, this is something I felt I had lost recently so it was interesting that this had happened.

The 3rd visit I'm pretty certain I fell asleep during the majority of the treatment because I was that relaxed. lol
I left feeling much lighter within myself and freed of so much noise in my mind.

There were many other things I felt during these treatments, too many to list in fact, but each time I felt I benefited from Lances treatment and the things I felt and so I will make sure to visit both Lance and Zoe once a month perhaps for this beautiful treatment they so kindly offer.

I cannot thank them, or recommend them enough!! and 100% feel that everyone will benefit from these treatments in some personal way, even if you don't 'believe' in the power of reiki/ crystals

I had the 3 crystal treatment done by Lance. At the time of the treatment I had a black cloud hanging over me for a while. From the first session too today I have lost that cloud and feel calm and back on control. I can't thank Lance enough.
