I am a busy mum of 3 children plus have a dairy farm to run and Iv been looking for something to help keep me in tune with my mind and my body!! I found the Holistic Hub have ticked all those boxes it’s the most incredible experience! The reflexology has made a massive difference to my mental and general health wellbeing I feel like a new woman!! The massages have also helped with my daily aches and pains and have meant I’m now a much calmer more focused mum to my children and farmer!!!!!

I've had many massages and reflexology sessions over the years, but this was honestly one of the best!
The therapist was so warm and kind and the treatment was AMAZING!

She uses high end, natural products, which smell beautiful and her treatment room was nicely presented and comfortable.

Highly reccomend and will definitely return.

Highly recommend Alaina. A lovely setting and amazing treatments. Felt so relaxed throughout the treatment and Alaina explained everything really well throughout. I had never had reflexology and was really impressed with how intune she was with everything going on in my body. I felt so floaty for the rest of the day. Can't wait to have another treatment!

So much more than a treatment - this really is like a little all round therapy session. A serene setting with gorgeous countryside views and Alaina is amazing at what she does. She is knowledgeable, professional and passionate about her work. A truly relaxing experience with physical and emotional benefits too - I genuinely feel like I have been properly pampered! Would highly recommend.

Wonderful experience. Probably the best reflexology I've ever had (and I've had a few). She picked up quite a few issues that were spot on. I felt very comfortable and it was so relaxing. Such a lovely lady. This was a treat from my daughter and its a pity I live so far away in West Yorkshire, otherwise, it would be on my regular to-do-list. When I'm next in Cornwall, this will definitely be on my agenda. Hope to see you soon.

She massages with such care and attention and really released some knots in my back/shoulders that I’d been suffering with for weeks. I initially booked with Alaina after a friend's recommendation. I am so pleased to have found her. I've had reflexology on and off for years, so I'm experienced enough to recognise an excellent practitioner! Alaina is very dedicated to providing an excellent service and is passionate about her work. It's clearly more than just a job to her, as she really cares about your welfare and being able to help you. She's very knowledgeable and skilled at her therapy, and you leave her clinic feeling very chilled and relaxed. Highly recommend.
