Sharon made me feel very relax and in a safe space straight away. On my 1st session Sharon completed an assessment to make sure I was getting the correct treatment. She was very honest from the start about how many session I may need and how I would feel after my sessions. I wouldn’t go anywhere els for this treatment. I took time out of my sessions due to being too busy and I didn’t have any pressure to book back in. Now I feel like I need more session Sharon was easy to contact through the website to book another appointment. Cannot wait to get back next week for my sessions to start again.

I had a fabulous massage with Sharon last week. She worked hard on loosening off my tight muscles and I felt much better as a result. Sharon immediately put me at ease, welcoming me into a warm, calm environment; she really took time to hear about my health history and discuss the issues I needed to address. The treatment was extremely relaxing, she spoke in a reassuring manner throughout the massage and mediated any anxieties I had. She was very skilled at detecting areas in need of treatment and spoke soothingly about how she would address them. Sharon is very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you may have to fully understand your treatment. She gave me great nutritionist advice and advice on self-care to promote a healthy lifestyle that was not prescriptive but tailored to my tastes. My husband and I have completed first and second degree reiki with Heather Donaldson. Heather is an excellent teacher! During both levels we had some absolutely brilliant discussions, did lovely meditations and experienced lots of practical work. Heather provides a detailed manual for each level so that you can remind yourself of things at home. We met lovely people and both days went really quickly and flowed really well. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are going to do the masters degree in February and we can't wait! Our personal growth since learning Reiki has been vast and we have already had success using Reiki with family members and pets. We plan to use Reiki as much as we can in future. We would highly recommend Heather as a teacher we are so grateful to her for all she has taught us.
