Very good experience. The nurse was knowledgeable and nice. The appointment was not delayed and for the time I we stayed in reception area I’ve enjoyed the health promotion videos.

Encouraged to make an appointment online, which is rejected due to no capacity for that day. No ability to book a GP in a weeks time due to the "system". Tried to call, no answer. In person it is explained that you are best to not use the website but call at 8am before finally explaining that they can offer "routine appointments" where they will call you back. Who is running this place? it is so inefficient and technocratic between triage, routine, out of hours appointments ultimately patient suffer with medical illnesses due to poor communication and complexity to acessing a GP. The complaints form is hilarious print paper for them to scan and throw the paper away... huge reform needs to be enacted at harefield practice to triage and get people the appointments to see their GP.

TL;DR - Call at 8am to fight for an appointment, they need to work on their website to enable digital access to GP appointments

Very pleasant and helpful Doctors. Specially Dr.Dharmendram is very calm, polite and professional. Even extremely hectic schedule, staying calm and listening to patient could be challenging. Very happy with the consultation.

I've been using this Doctors surgery since I was a child after growing up in Harefield
This practice is a million miles away from the friendly easy to use practice I once knew. Doctor Kang is absolutely amazing I cannot fault her
The reception team sadly are unhelpful, unkind and quite frankly rude they make you feel uncomfortable, simple kindness costs nothing.

Just can’t get an appointment with a doctor. Waited weeks then they rang me and said he was running very late but I could have phone appointment which I chose. Poor reception where I live. Doctor rang very late and said ask reception to find a time he could ring me. When I rang they wouldn’t and couldn’t offer me anything for about a month. That’s already a two month wait just to see a doctor. Not good enough. Very poor service. Patients need appointments. Takes far too long to get through too.

Reception teams are really good and friendly. Doctors are good they take time for me they don't rush.i think the appointment details we have to put on screen are not working sometime and got to stand in the queue.

My husband received a prompt appointment following doing an E- consult firm on Patchs. Dr Sanjeevi was kind and attentive as usual. Whilst examining him she also identified he was due an age- related health check which she did at the same appointment and offered 2 vaccinations. Very good proactive and preventative care. Thank you. My husband said he felt very cared for.

What is the point of making a urgent appointment when you don't have any space left. Thank you guys for northing. You don't closed in till half 6 and you don't have any appointments. I think it all a lie. I have had this for a very time it gone back to leaking on my clothes. One arm is painful and it feels like one arm is shorter then the other. Thanks for nothing. It hurts when I'm washing it
