I tried counselling once before and I didn’t get anything out of it.
Collette was highly recommended to me and I can say with confidence that there’s nobody like her!
I’ve always struggled talking about myself and my feelings but Collette changed that and gave me tools to be more confident.
I went to sessions to work on past trauma and personal growth and can confidently say that I’m better for it, more than I thought possible.

I came to see Collete after a period of illness that the doctors couldn't seem to get to the bottom of. This illness left me feeling exhausted every day and unable to do simple tasks. Being a person that moves at a million miles an hour this obviously made me feel very down. I saw Colette over a period of a few weeks and gradually got myself together again. During this time I found Collete to be approachable, patient, kind, empathetic, sincere and humorous. I now consider her to be a great friend!! I also think her taste in decor is great too!! 🤣😂👍 I would highly recommend her service!! 👍

I worked with Colette for 2.5 years to work through trauma, anxiety and some aspects of depression. Colette always allowed me the space I needed to work through things I didn't even know were still troubling me. Colette has a gentle manner and provides such good explanations of what anxiety really is for example. I felt at ease every session. Colette truly helped me believe in myself and has given me the tools for life for managing my anxiety. Since finishing my work with Colette I've also managed to come off my antidepressants which feels wonderful. I can't thank Colette enough for all the compassion, support and guidance I received.

Truthfully I was not a true believer of counselling until I experienced her benefit first hand to a person close to me.
