I discovered Vicki after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that affected all areas of my skin. I was sick of treatments and medications from Doctors that were just making me feel awful, and wanted to take back control of my own health.
Vicki and I discussed my overall physical health, and what I could do myself to improve my condition so that I'm not relying so heavily on prescribed medication. Vicki then helped me plan achievable goals such as a liver detox, and helped me to understand and eliminate potential sensitivities (such as dairy). With the advice and information Vicki provided, I have also achieved a substantial weight loss, which has been a very much wanted and added bonus. Vicki was very empathetic and listened to all of my ailments before devising a plan that was personal to me, setting achievable goals, and keeping in weekly contact with me for my own peace of mind.
Vicki and I also concluded that my mental health needed tending to. This is something that I was in agreement with and had been too proud to discuss with anyone else bar my own Doctor previously. Again, Vicki listened in such a comforting way, never once interrupted me or tried to voice her own opinions, and together we made a plan on how I could treat my own mental health. This is something I have always been afraid of, having little confidence in myself. Vicki was able to pick me up, helped show me that I am stronger than I thought, and has helped me to trust myself and not rely on anxiety medication. After months of work with Vicki, I can safely say that I do not take my anxiety medication anymore, as she has shown me ways to control it myself, and has personally kept in touch with me to make sure I am thriving.
Vicki is a wonderful human being, with a heart set out to help, and I wouldn't have changed so positively if it wasn't for her.

The treatment itself was relaxing, exploratory and revealing of aspects of thinking and feeling that have opened up new ways of thinking about my own lived experiences.

I found Vicki when I had recently recovered from Breast cancer at age 26. She helped me to realise areas of my health I wanted to focus on in my recovery. We focused on weight loss, fatigue, sleep, immunity and digestion. After deep discussion on my lifestyle and habits, Vicki constructed a plan of habits and foods which would help me with improving all of these aspects of my life. We had regular meetings to catch up, and see how I was getting on, what was working and what wasn’t. After a year of working together the changes Vicki had helped me make made me have vast improvements in all these areas of my life.
