I recently had the pleasure of a one on one session with Tonya to navigate the issues of setting boundaries between work and home life. As a busy equine vet, I have always found it hard to switch off from work in the evenings/ weekends, allowing work to filter into my home life very easily. By asking pertinent questions and delving deeper into how I felt about various issues, I was able to realise why I felt certain ways and come up with solutions to try and help me overcome these issues going forward and set more boundaries between my work and home life. Tonya is an incredibly compassionate and understanding individual and although I have only had one session with her so far, I came away from it feeling refreshed and confident that I could make a few adjustments in my routine which would hopefully make a big difference to my home life.
