Went to see Karen because of some pain in my shoulder, after a session of reiki the constant pain stopped. I go back every month or so just to keep on top of it or sooner if it is particularly bad. She’s very welcoming and it is done in a very relaxed environment. Would definitely recommend.

I Had reflexology due to lower back pain symptoms eased I enjoyed the treatment and found it very relaxing would highly recommend
