I went to Lucy as I was experiencing intense almost daily headaches which led to regularly taking pain medication. Lucy was so thorough with her consultation and came up with things I hadn’t even thought of. She’s so good in the way she explains everything, it just all makes sense. She is so lovely and makes you feel completely comfortable and relaxed and even better my headaches disappeared after the first session. I would absolutely recommend Lucy to anyone.

I started seeing Lucy about 2 months ago after suffering with fatigue, brain fog, concentration issues and just a general feeling of something not being quite right. At my first appointment we chatted in depth about my issues and overall health and Lucy decided on and explained my treatment plan. Every session she runs through what she is doing, why and what the outcome should be which is great and I already feel so much better. Everything I went to see her about has improved in some way; my energy levels are higher, my sleep, both in quality and quantity, has improved and I have much more clarity.

I found Lucy through a local search and I feel blessed that I did. I contacted her about my excruciating tennis elbow pain of which id been suffering for months with but found after a couple of sessions with her it greatly improved. I also found that after telling her about my menopause symptoms (aches and pains) anxiety etc her knowledge and little needles have changed my mindset and really helped me. I cannot recommend her more highly. On another note Lucy is easy to find with plenty of parking.

I first met Lucy in April this year after she was recommended to me. It was my first time having acupuncture and, being a fainter, I was really nervous.

Lucy instantly made me feel calm and safe. She is smiley and has a beautifully soft voice that makes you instantly relax.

Lucy spent time getting to know me and asked specific questions about my health and lifestyle in order to tailor my treatment. She talked me through every step of the treatment and explained what she was going to do, for how long and what it might feel like.

I was treated by Lucy every fortnight from April to September and this is what I noticed:
• My extreme hayfever symptoms became very minimal
• I had a lot more energy
• I felt more positive
• I was never unwell or sick
• Stressful life situations had significantly less impact on me

If you’re new to acupuncture, nervous or not had the best experience in the past, then Lucy is who you need to see. Sounds ridiculous but acupuncture truly did change my life.

I started seeing Lucy a few weeks before I started my first cycle of IVF. For someone who has never done acupuncture before Lucy always put me at ease by explaining what she was going to do before doing it and telling me what I can expect. I continued to see Lucy throughout my cycle of IVF which I am so please to say was successful and I am currently 9 weeks pregnant. I can’t thank Lucy enough for everything she did for me, going above and beyond also providing me with things to do at home for IVF as well as the acupuncture.
