Jack Jackson (osteopath) was terrific. I have been putting up with shoulder pain for over a year and it was getting worse. Jack thoroughly diagnosed and treated the area and gave useful homework exercises to do. It felt a lot better already just by the end of the appointment.

I'm at so much peace to understand deeply whats going on in my body and how I can help it. Suzanne's knowledge and experience really shines through. I received more than a Osteopathy session. I have been coming to College Practice Physio for around 4 years now, it is the best decision I have ever made. My back has since improved after regular visits every 3-4 months. Suzanne is a very nice lady, very professional and always welcoming and happy to see me. I have been suffering with a really bad right shoulder for months. A friend suggested I see Suzanne Tugwell at the College Practice. I have only had 2 sessions this far. My shoulder is Already so much better. Suzanne got to the source of my problem and her treatment I felt was outstanding. She actually took my entire body into account and gave me some valuable advice on frame, posture etc. I felt very comfortable and felt her quality of treatment was outstanding!

This was my first time visiting an osteopath after 10 years of occasional back pain, so I felt nervous, but quite desperate by this point. It had finally got so bad that for 3 months, I couldn’t remember what it was like to have pain-free back. It’s been about 2 months since I had one session with Suzanne and I have hardly any pain. I work on my feet all day so understandably I have the occasional ache but hardly really. Suzanne was so kind in her approach and really put me at ease. And, it worked!
