I attended the Chiro Clinic on the 6th Nov, I had an ongoing issue with my Hiatus Hernia, it was causing chest pain amongst other issues, normally Julia adjusts my back, I mentioned the issue and received treatment for this also, well, to say it was an immediate improvement is an understatment! My chest pain subsided within an hour or so, it had been with me for about 10 days, the other issues also improved significantly, in addition my stomach was a lot more comfortable, I have a follow up appointment with Julia next week and will definately look forward to the improvements this treatment delivers,

From the first day I walked into the practice I was made at ease. The staff are so friendly nothing is too much for them. Jonathan who I see is amazing he has helped me so much with my pain , I'm so more mobile now. When I have a massage by Dina I feel so relaxed

All the staff from the reception to the chiropractors are very friendly and helpful. The chiropractor amy explains everything what she is going to do to me first. The treatment on my back and neck is definitely working so I would highly recommend the chirohealth team 👍. 10 out of 10 can't fault anything.

Very welcoming very helpful.
I have been getting treatment with Patrina for several weeks and so has my partner Kerry.
Patrina is Amazing, very professional explains everything in great detail.
She is very friendly and very funny cheerful , this makes things so easy if you are anxious.
I have had several treatments with Patrina and have noticed a significant improvement.
i am in less pain ,I had neck,back a lower back problems after surgery many years ago and all so a underlying illness.
I feel there has been a vast improvement all round in pain reduction.
My energy levels have improved,I feel better in myself.
Is it expensive,that depends on you view on how much your health is worth to you.
If you break it down into minutes your digg for excuses not have the treatment.
Yes appointments may seem short but mine have all been at least
15 minutes and I know if I needed longer, I would mention something bothering me and Patrina would sort it .
I would recommend Patrina and I would recommend Chirohealth.

Wrong….

So Patrina my designated chiropractor set out a plan to fix my back issues totalling £1100 and wanting to see me 2/3 times a week for a 10 minute adjustment! At wooping £47 per visit .

On my third visit the friendly and caring nature of patrina soon ended and she showed her true colours. when I informed her I could only commit to 2/3 times a month.

all of a sudden she was being quite blunt and rude about my treatment saying about my affordability. She did this in many ways , she was firstly trying to say that I was dictating what appointments I can do.

I had explained I had a massage at a spa last week and she was asking me questions about it like how much I paid which I found quite rude

I then told her that I was going away next week on holiday so will be available the following week, she looked at me and said, you really aren’t helping yourself are you - I was really taken back!

How dare she make me feel bad for going on my first family holiday? Like I just have to be in pain and not do anything with my family ?

She then told me it’s best if I just do massages with another staff member instead of coming to her. she was even trying to pressure me into getting a massage at that same day when I told her I wasnt available you could see the frustration in her she didn’t even want to treat me for what I had booked to come in for and even talk to me.

I said I have booked in with you for chiro aren’t you going to do that, she shrugged and said well if you will let me - I said yes that’s why I’m here.She looking disgusted with very reluctant to treat me then suddenly called me called me volatile!? as I was preparing to go onto the table. It was the strangest comment from her as I was intimidated, quiet and confused by the whole situation!

Uncomfortably I finally got onto the table and just wanted to try and reassure her that what she is doing she is helping, she shut me down straight away and said - well that compliment was practically forced out of you.

She then gave me a quick 5 minute crack and went on to tell me to wear different shoes and looked at them in disgust, she then commented on how I looked and said I don’t look great and always look tired in my eyes, I said well I have a baby! As a mother that feels quite insecure about how she looks I felt really upset at this point I couldn’t wait to leave.

Feeling shook up I said do I book another appointment - she told me no and wouldn’t book me back in - I was taken back and shocked I could hardly speak when I left in tears

I just felt that because I couldn’t commit to her advised plan costing over 1000 in such a short space of time she didn’t want me as a client any more she couldn’t wait to get me out the door

As a postpartum mother I felt shaken and shocked and has really knocked my confidence about seeking any help with my back ever again.

it’s unbelievable another human could treat a vulnerable first time mum with such aggressive and cold nature.

They have blocked my comments on Facebook and so wanted to leave a proper review!

Avoid at all costs
