Visited today on the off chance I could be seen for a chronic shoulder problem that is driving me mad. Ruibin could not have been more polite and respectful. He listened and gave me some acupuncture and cupping treatment. It has already helped alot. There is a review on here with 1 star and unhelpful feedback, which is a shame as the person appears to he a serial complainer and not helpful for this practice or people looking in to this service.
I enjoyed the experience and left feeling better and that I had been treated with kindness

I was in so much pain with my lower back, I couldn't sit down or stand comfortably. One session and my range of movement was greatly improved, my pain reduced. 2 days later, I'm almost healed. I've never had acupuncture before, but am a 100% convert!

So about 3/4 months ago I had severe re occurrence of back & leg pain which luckily I had full health cover with my company, after 2 consultations & scans I was told I needed surgery on my back with a compressed disc. I thought long & hard about this & discussed with my family & close friends, most of whom suggested a second opinion & also try accupuncture.
So I did as I worked in the same shopping centre as Rui Bin Wang & knew him over 5 years I went to see him. Amazing He gets a full 5 stars , plus if possible, first treatment reduced my pain levels of 9/10 to 1/10, & I slept so much better, incredible, added to the accupuncture He advised a lotion which is like magic & full of natural ingredients, which I use twice a day.
I re visited my Consultant who noticed a huge difference & told me no surgery for now, make an appointment for Jan/Feb & we shall see how it is doing. obviously contact sooner if needs be.
I cannot recommend him highly enough not only is He Brilliant & Clever but also a very caring person , if You are suffering with pain contact him without question.

Amazing! Recently found this place. Both are lovely and love to hear about what you have to say. I went for acupuncture for Anxiety, he made me feel very comfortable and relaxed as I was anxious about the needles. He described them as a ‘mosquito’ bite, you literally can’t feel much at all. About 10 seconds later, I felt relieved and relaxed from the anxiety. I would recommend The Chinese Doctor to anyone who is looking into trying something different, Thank you.

AVOID! AVOID!! AVOID!!!
Having lived in chronic pain for 25 years, I have tried almost every complimentary and alternative therapy out there; from reflexology to kinesiology, from reiki to hawaian temple healing and of course, every type of massage you can imagine (Indian head, to Swedish, to deep tissue and sports etc etc) and yet, without a shadow of a doubt, this acupuncture is, by far, THE WORST experience I've ever suffered through!
Not because of the needles themselves, or the fact the treatment itself didn't and hasn't worked (I've kind of resigned myself to the fact that nothing will actually "help"), but purely down ro the personal treatment suffered and the environment in which the suffering was endured.
Rude, obnoxious, lacking in any sort of compassion, or empathy and certainly nothing resembling basic human kindness, good manners or a professional approach - in fact the approach and attitude of the "therapist" couldn't have been more abrasive, cold and harsh - mirrored only by the room itself and the environment they had created: noisy, disturbed and as far from relaxing or therapeutic as you could ever get. With every conversation in The Shires ringing clearly through the doors, arguments in the adjoining shops perfectly audible through the wall and the "therapist" herself deciding that it would be advisable to make a huge amount of noise and disturbance, by cleaning and washing up during the treatment itself!
Their attitude and demeanor had me on edge before I'd even sat/laid down. Within 5 minutes I was compelled to walkout and leave (biggest regret ever that I didn't!) Within 10 minutes I was mentally drafting this review and by the end all I could do, was throw the money at them in disgust and get out of there as soon as I could to protect my own mental health.
As I've said, I've tried dozens of therapies over the last 25yrs and whilst none have really worked, or proven to be all that beneficial, I have never walked away feeling worse than when I entered, until now!
To say this was a waste of money (£50) would be the greatest understatement I could make and, even if the acupuncture had have worked (which of course it hasn't, regardless of the empty promises and claims they made), I would never have returned here, purely down to the disgusting way in which I was spoken with, dealt with and even at times, mockingly laughed at.

I'll say it one more time for clarity: AVOID!!!!

Following a UTI and prostate infection I had an unusual and uncomfortable feeling inside my abdomen and bum. I'd describe it like having pins and needles inside me. It was painful if a sat for a long time and when going from sitting to standing. Dr Wang used some long needles in my abdomen combined with normal needles and a heat lamp. Within five minutes I had a wave like sensation across my abdomen just below the skin and in that moment all the ill feelings disappeared. As you can imagine I was amazed I thought I'll be happy if this lasts a few days. Two weeks later and I'm still okay, I went back for a second treatment just to make sure.
My Urologist said it would take 8 - 10 weeks to clear up naturally, Dr Wang fixed me in an hour!

Fantastic Doctor. I always use Doctor Wang when returning from China. Even if it’s just a cupping treatment and chat in Mandarin.
Cannot recommend him enough!
Acupuncture is also a big👍🏻

Ruibin does a brilliant job such a nice man, so brilliant at his job knows exactly what he is doing he really thinks about what he has to do so he can help you as much as he can I had trouble sleeping but after a few sessions I am sleeping so much better, I had alot of stress and so much pain which is now all gone, thankyou so much
