I visited the Body Fit Clinic for the first time last week, based on a recommendation from my coach for both a sports massage and an old knee injury. Lauren overwhelmed me with her industry knowledge; she diagnosed my knee very quickly and provided advice on training going forward for recovery. She was absolutely brilliant! The room was clinically clean, and the prices were very fair. I will most definitely be visiting again!

I had issues with my knees and feet leading up to my half marathon, so I booked an appointment with Lauren. She was fantastic, providing me with in depth analysis of how I could improve my running style which helped me when completing my run. It was very casual and relaxing when doing the GAIT analysis and Lauren was very easy to chat too. Would highly recommend!

I went to Lauren on the recommendation of a friend as the doctors misdiagnosed me,within 10 mins Lauren had diagnosed me and started treatment,a few months later I’ve gone from hardly being able to move my right arm and a lot of pain to full range of movement and hardly any pain at all.

Lauren is just utterly brilliant and very knowledgeable. I have been treated by Lauren for 7 years and despite moving out of the area, I still make a 4 hour round trip journey just to be treated by her. I’ve tried numerous other therapists and Lauren has been the best i’ve found!

Her attention to detail, compassion and expertise make her one of the very best. She always strives for excellence and is endlessly developing her knowledge and skills. This makes her constantly drive to enable herself to best support her clients, no matter their age, shape, size or condition.

I met Lauren around 6 years ago when she was working as a sports therapist for another company. Back then she was very ambitious and had a dream of running her own clinic. Fast forward to the present day and Lauren has certainly achieved this goal! Lauren has been able to achieve this for many reasons including her passion for helping people who are in pain. No client is out of bounds for Lauren , she strives hard to get to the bottom and treat any issues presented to her.

Each time I have visited Lauren, she has been knowledgeable and professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the sessions. She has always been able to identify the root cause of my problem and provide me with a range of exercises and advice to help me recover. I am always particularly impressed with her ability to explain complex medical terms in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, I would highly recommend Lauren to anyone looking for high-quality care and treatment.

I first went see Lauren at The BodyFit Clinic more than 3 years ago with a Hamstring injury which was really reluctant to heal and having a negative impact on my running. With her highly professional care and expertise I have since run 4 Marathons and cannot thank her enough for enabling me to attain my goals. I’ve suffered from chronic back and neck pain for quite sometime. Everything I did before visiting The Body Fit Clinic never seemed to be enough to help relieve the pain. Lauren was my last hope for help and I can honestly say she has been amazing. Every session has been worth every penny. I started seeing Lauren a few years ago when I was training for my first half marathon. I’d had knee problems for years and nothing the doctor recommended seemed to help so I decided to go to the BodyFit clinic. Lauren was so thorough in her assessment and we went through every possible issue I could have, while trying to get me ready for the race. Lauren is so knowledgeable and talked me through everything she was saying in layman’s terms so I actually understood!

Lauren recommended that Phits insoles might help so I booked in for an initial scan and it was so interesting to see my foot scans on the screen and to understand how the way I stand, walk and run could have issues further up my body. I decided to buy some custom insoles and it was the best decision I have made in a long time! The knee issues that plagued me for years are almost gone thanks to Lauren, and I run and walk pain free!
