If I could give zero stars, I would. This salon is a complete disappointment, in my opinion the owners are trying to pass off basic, low-quality services as something seemingly high-end/professional and luxurious. Along with poor customer service my advice would be to avoid. They are super expensive, which is fine if they were offering anywhere near a better high-end service/experience. My advice would be to look to local independent therapists who can actually provide a good proficient experience/treatments from staff who have the skill and customer service you expect from any professional salon. Avoid this place if you want real value and expertise.

I've attended the Beauty Cabin Cambourne for several years, and despite moving from the area, I still travel there for various treatments. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and polite. As a client, I feel valued and that my specific needs are met.

The salon has an air of peaceful calm, and the professionalism displayed by experienced therapists to those starting their careers is second to none. In my experience, all staff work as a team to ensure excellent client care.

Great service and professional approach to beauty! I have been visiting this beauty shop for over 3 years since I took my daughter with her friends for their prom prep. I was impressed. I still am! I got my shellac nails done and they were perfect. Loved them. Before that I got eyelash extensions and top ups. Excellent service! Well done team!

The most outrageous service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been using the Beauty cabin prior to pandemic times and it’s been just above average.
However when I came a month ago to do a patch test for my eyebrows they have managed to ruin my silk/cashmere jumper as the beautician/receptionist applied way too much tint on the plaster and it just soaked through leaving a forever black stain on my fav jumper.
The way their management team and customer service have dealt with the issue just leaves me speechless. They made me feel blamed for the fact that I’ve used their services and I’ve wasted not only my jumper but most importantly a lot of my time (I guess they thought I work for them and I’m enjoying driving around drive cleaners in Cambridge)
In he end they haven’t cleaned the jumper (as I’ve been telling them from day 1) and the compensation they have offered for the ruined item is just laughable.

So def never using this salon again. And if you are planning please put on some Primark clothes and get ready for unfortunate accidents that nobody will be held accountable for anyway.
